The Youth Entrepreneur Success Financial Literacy Program (Y.E.S.) is a weekly program where teens get to run their own concession stand. Y.E.S. strives to help build financial competence and responsibility in teens, as well as fostering a sense of responsibility over their work. Every week participants work together to set up and run their concession stand located inside the Winston Community Center. From taking inventory of stock to drumming up sales, the teens get the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running their own business.
